ריבון העולמים,
חמול על מעשיך
וחוסה על עולמך
שבראת בחסד וברחמים.
רחם על יושבי תבל ארצך
ומנע מהם מלחמה ושנאת חינם.
הענק לעמך חכמה ודעת
להבין ולהשכיל דרכך
ולקיים דברי נביאך לאמור,
לא ישא גוי אל גוי חרב
ולא ילמדו עוד מלחמה,
ונתת בעולמך חיים ושלום.

The Pray for Peace
Lord of the universe:
Have pity on your creation,
And shield your world
Which you created
In grace and mercy. Have pity on the dwellers
Of your world
And avoid war and hate from them.
Emanate on us wisdom and knowledge
In order to understand your ways
And fulfill
The words of your prophets: “Nation shell not lift up swards
Against nation, neither shall
They learn war anymore”
And you shall have planted
Life and peace in your world
